I purchased my first home in December 2025, a condo in North Austin, with Tom’s incredible guidance. He was referred to me by a close friend who also went through Tom for her home purchase, so I trusted him immediately.
I am a single person buying my . . . first property in an expensive city, so was really nervous about whether the numbers were going to work for me. I am a frugal person who is thoughtful about my budget and I wasn’t willing to go above my means to buy a house. He took my first-round numbers as seriously as I did and didn’t push me to take on terms that weren’t part of my original plan.
He was available, present, knowledgeable, and extremely easy to work with.

A true blessing.

Tom has been of assistance with us from the very beginning of us learning the process of purchasing our first home. Even when we were planning on going with a different lender due to promotions, Tom unconditionally helped us and answered any . . . questions we had. At the very last minute, we were able to transfer our builder promotions with Tom and he got us an amazing deal, even other lenders couldn’t believe it!
