Tom Hallock did a great job for us and kept us well-informed during the entire process of purchasing a new home. He was always available to answer questions for us, and his explanatory materials were very helpful. I would certainly recommend Tom to any of my friends and family members who are looking for a good mortgage broker. I don’t think that you could find a better one.

Tom and his team are truly spectacular! As a first time home buyer, I knew very little about everything that goes into getting a loan, but Tom did an incredible job of explaining every step of the process and making sure that we stayed on track. He was incredibly attentive and responsive, provided us with a detailed roadmap and regular check ins, and made time for Zoom calls to answers all of our questions. He is particularly knowledgeable about all of the specific details of buying a condo in Austin, and has a real knack for explaining things in layman’s terms! He and his team are absolutely wonderful at what they do. I highly recommend working with them!

As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions, but Tom made the financing side of the process feel straightforward and manageable.
