Embarking on our first house purchase we did not know what to expect, except expecting it to be overwhelming and stressful. But to our surprise it was quite the opposite! Tom was super responsive, answering every single question we had and taking his time to explain things until we finally understood it! He was super friendly, understanding and it felt more like I was working with a friend! Tom even showed up to our closing which was really nice of him!
Tom was indeed a pleasure to work with!

Super responsive, polite, driven, available, intuitive, knowledgeable, etc. The list could go on and on about the characteristics that Tom possesses that attribute to his amazing customer service. He really made the process a seamless transition with constant communication and complete transparency. I never felt at any moment during the entire process that I was being left in the dark about anything that was transpiring. I hope he won't mind me sharing, but he even made himself available from the hospital when his attention could (and should) have been focused on something far more important than work. Even after I suggested he put me on the back burner for a moment to be where he needed to be, he found a way to be in two places at one time. That interaction speaks to the character of Tom. He moved mountains when he didn't have to, and I'm forever grateful! I hope whoever reads this would really consider using his services. I can only speak from my experience, but after getting to know my friend Tom, I'm confident he will provide you the same genuine service he provided me. Thank you Tom!

As a first-time home buyer, he was great at keeping in touch throughout the process, and making sure I understood contracts, next steps, etc. Super easy to work with, and extremely professional!

Tom Hallock is absolutely the BEST! Responsiveness is very important to me. I work in a very fast pace work environment and multi-tasking all day long. When I had any questions, Tom always responded immediately. This was extremely important because in short order, I was working on something else but Tom had answered my question already so I could move on to my next task rather than add to the list of items I was waiting on, if that makes any sense! Brian Gallen, my loan processor worked just as efficiently. I loved my experience with LoanPeople and looking forward to working with them again. Thank you!

Tom Hallock was amazing to work with throughout my loan process. He explained every step of the process with me and provided support throughout the entire process. I really felt like he was always looking out for me. I feel like a gained a friend, and that just doesn't always happen. Would HIGHLY recommend LoanPeople when searching for a home loan.

Tom Hallock went above and beyond by being continuously available to talk to and patiently explain what our options were. We started talking to Tom about 9 months before we were even ready to buy a house and he was always ready to talk on the phone or answer an email. When we finally did purchase a home he was there every step, explaining all the ins and outs. You really feel like you have someone in your corner if you work with Tom. He's the fourth mortgage banker we've worked with and the only one we've worked with more than once. Reasons we have worked with Tom on three deals and will continue to: always on top of everything, proactively communicates, extremely responsive, honest and fair, expert knowledge. Whenever you need a fast turn around, or even if you don't really, he delivers it. He also does an amazing job quarterbacking the combined realtor+title+banking team and gets glowing reviews from all them as well.
