I cannot put into words how much of a HUGE advantage it is having him on my team, but I’ll try … By default, Tom goes above and beyond for every single request or question. Prompt replies. Caring and thoughtful information. Clear explanations. Always willing to sit down and talk about anything with a client or anyone. Seriously could not have done this without his help in so many areas! Also an amazing human being! He’s nice and funny and professional all at the same time.
