Tom was an incredible lender to work with extremely fast, professional, and creative. anytime we hit a roadblock he came up with creative solutions to solve the problem. he was extent dedicated to our loan and was invested in us and our success. He pulled off the impossible and got us to the finish line on a complicated loan and we could not be more grateful. Tom will work FOR you and help you accomplish your home owning dreams!

I cannot put into words how much of a HUGE advantage it is having him on my team, but I’ll try … By default, Tom goes above and beyond for every single request or question. Prompt replies. Caring and thoughtful information. Clear explanations. Always willing to sit down and talk about anything with a client or anyone. Seriously could not have done this without his help in so many areas! Also an amazing human being! He’s nice and funny and professional all at the same time. Platinum rating without a single hesitation!!

Super responsive, polite, driven, available, intuitive, knowledgeable, etc. The list could go on and on about the characteristics that Tom possesses that attribute to his amazing customer service. He really made the process a seamless transition with constant communication and complete transparency. I never felt at any moment during the entire process that I was being left in the dark about anything that was transpiring. I hope he won’t mind me sharing, but he even made himself available from the hospital when his attention could (and should) have been focused on something far more important than work. Even after I suggested he put me on the back burner for a moment to be where he needed to be, he found a way to be in two places at one time. That interaction speaks to the character of Tom. He moved mountains when he didn’t have to, and I’m forever grateful! I hope whoever reads this would really consider using his services. I can only speak from my experience, but after getting to know my friend Tom, I’m confident he will provide you the same genuine service he provided me. Thank you Tom!

Embarking on our first house purchase we did not know what to expect, except expecting it to be overwhelming and stressful. But to our surprise it was quite the opposite! Tom was super responsive, answering every single question we had and taking his time to explain things until we finally understood it! He was super friendly, understanding and it felt more like I was working with a friend! Tom even showed up to our closing which was really nice of him!

Tom Hallock is absolutely the BEST! Responsiveness is very important to me. I work in a very fast pace work environment and multi-tasking all day long. When I had any questions, Tom always responded immediately. This was extremely important because in short order, I was working on something else but Tom had answered my question already so I could move on to my next task rather than add to the list of items I was waiting on, if that makes any sense! Brian Gallen, my loan processor worked just as efficiently. I loved my experience with LoanPeople and looking forward to working with them again. Thank you!
