Tom Hallock was amazing to work with throughout my loan process. He explained every step of the process with me and provided support throughout the entire process. I really felt like he was always looking out for me. I feel like a gained a friend, and that just doesn’t always happen. Would HIGHLY recommend LoanPeople when searching for a home loan.
I would use him again and recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Tom Hallock went above and beyond by being continuously available to talk to and patiently explain what our options were. We started talking to Tom about 9 months before we were even ready to buy a house and he was always ready to talk on the phone or answer an email. When we finally did purchase a home he was there every step, explaining all the ins and outs. You really feel like you have someone in your corner if you work with Tom. I would use him again and recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home. Thanks Tom Hallock!

He’s the fourth mortgage banker we’ve worked with and the only one we’ve worked with more than once. Reasons we have worked with Tom on three deals and will continue to: always on top of everything, proactively communicates, extremely responsive, honest and fair, expert knowledge. Whenever you need a fast turn around, or even if you don’t really, he delivers it. He also does an amazing job quarterbacking the combined realtor+title+banking team and gets glowing reviews from all them as well.
